I am giving it five star because it was exactly all I needed as a single guy going on a trip at the time! Its a cheap room, lots of space, and nothing more. I mean are you expecting a 5-star hotel at someones home? Its technically just a converted home. If you want service, you can just head to an actual hotel. So I didn't mind all the noise and simplicity of the hotel. Other than that, it does the job with those who are on the budget. There are many shops, there is also a night life there as well if your take a small work to the main areas. But there is food and local shops nearby.
